  • Client data will be processed by our AI systems to provide recommendations and insights
  • While we strive for accuracy, AI suggestions are not guaranteed to be error-free
  • You remain responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before using it with clients

IN NO EVENT SHALL CLIENT WHISPERER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.
